This mobile application is developed for a major MNC offering HR serviced for large enterprises. They have operation over 10 countries offering their services to major corporations, government establishments, private and public sectors worldwide.

One of the important USPs of the client is their back-end multi-tenant HCM platform. They have different processes for different clients, and the enterprise application had the capability to configure based on each customer requirements.

To move ahead, the client envisaged a need for a mobile ESS (Employee Self Service) application to provide mobile based access to their HCM application for the employees of their client.
